Nanaimo and Harewood was established by Allen Nanaimo and James Harewood in 2002 as an experienced vinyl siding company in Mobile, AL. Allen became interested in construction early on, and he particularly loves the way a home’s exterior can add drastic value to the overall property. He believes that by simply refinishing your home’s exterior, many homeowners could give their property a complete makeover. While Allen definitely has an eye for design, James’ love for the industry grew out of his interest in putting things together. From a young age, he enjoyed the brain work of putting together puzzles and Tinker Toys. This interest in the hand craft and in the inter-workings of the way things go together spurred his interest in the industry. Together, Nanaimo and Harewood have made an unstoppable team. Since 2002, the duo has grown their business from a team of two to a team of twenty-two.
